History and Values

“Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life.”

Not everyone gets into business for the same reason. For some, it’s just a matter of doing the necessary work to earn money. For others, it is not just about the profit or the loss, but rather the enjoyment and passion that makes you happily wake up to work every day. At Grace Vision, we fall into the latter category.

This business was started by Zuber in 1992. A man who has always had a keen eye for fashion, Mr. Zuber's vision was to give people vision with style. After graduating from the esteemed Maharaja Sayajirao University (Vadodara), he was lulled into the world of eyewear for several reasons. Primarily, it was because this business can combine creativity with technicality to create amazing products. From the ideas involved in the designing phase to the supply-chain know-how needed to execute the business, eyewear is an industry where not everyone can survive. Over 30 years later, not only is Grace Vision surviving, but it is thriving.

What started as an idea has now become a reality, thanks to the hard work and dedication of Mr. Zuber. To him and his employees, this business is not about the grinding of machines and the mindless obeying of the market needs. Rather, it is a form of art - after all, who does not feel confident and gleeful after seeing their face decorated with style, whilst also being able to see the world better? To take the question further, who does not love art? This is the thought process behind every frame manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory. While the end goal may be to sell products, the idea of making vision and optics more graceful drives the company.

We believe that the best frames can only be made with technical expertise as well as a keen eye to spot market trends, and both are combined to make the best product possible for the end customer.

The Company Today

As of May 2024, Grace Vision employs over 20 people in-house, with some of our work being outsourced. We have multiple state-of-the-art molding machines which are used to produce some of the finest products in the market. We also have a manufacturing capability of over 200,000 pieces per month and currently have more than 150 different designs in multiple color variants. These products can also be customized as per the needs of the market and the buyers. The material used is primarily engineered polymer.

We primarily sell to wholesalers. We have over 25 clients and some of our clients have been with us for more than 20 years - you can trust us, and we will deliver.
